Requirements for Bookings

You have booked and paid your deposit for your Divas night. In order to make the evening run to it’s best for all parties, I have included essential requirements for the evening.

You will be provided…

The following is provided for the Divas Show. Top quality sound and lighting equipment as necessary. The Divas Show runs in two forty-five minute sections. If you wish I can make an extension to the evening, some ask for a further live cabaret and a disco. Dinner music will be provided over meals and any breaks can be utilised for speeches, raffles etc. Please let us know what type of evening including the approximate time of commencement and finish, as every occasion is different.

Persons accompanying me for the evening will be a stage hand and co-ordinator and he or she will act as point of contact if I am temporarily unavailable, You will be supplied nearer the event with full colour A3 publicity of the show and A5 flyers to advertise your event.

Dress Code

For each event I feel it is paramount that I dress to impress. From the time I arrive to the time I leave your event, whether in costume or our preparation uniform, you will be impressed. For lavish events, your entertainer will dress to impress.

On booking your event you will be sent a legal contract to sign and return. It is now policy that I take fifty percent deposit on each event to be sent within fourteen days of booking. This safeguards both parties with regard to late cancellations. Your deposit is held in a legally registered account. The Divas Show has a starting fee of £ 350.00 dependent on various times and packages.

Requirements for entertainers

A minimum time of two hours before the event begins is necessary for us to set up and sound check the show. A minimum space of two by three metres needs to be available already clear – to set the show.  I require a heavy duty table for equipment to be placed.

It is necessary to have at least two electrical sockets to be positioned within a few metres of the set up area. All electrical equipment is insured and full liability insurance is always in date.

A private changing facility with mirrored area must be provided for changing and preparing for the evening. Refreshments would be much appreciated throughout the evening as I will be there sometime. For any further information on the show please call or email me and we can speak further.

Insurance & Travel

All equipment use for every show is annually tested to the current HSE (Electricity at Work Regulations 1989) and has PAT certificates for all of them. This has become a standard requirement at many venues now. Public Liability Insurance is a must as many venues are unable to have you working on their premises unless they are valid and presented.

Locations

Debbie mainly works around the London area, Middlesex, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. (within and around the M25), though she will travel all over UK and abroad depending on prices, expenses and availability.

Book now to avoid disappointment. Debbie will include a selection of classic Christmas songs in her set and will also include any of your favourites.
